About us
Frank Rodriguez Melo is primarily focused as a broker and investor in multifamily and retail assets in the South Florida Area licensed since 2000.
Melo, In his daily brokerage life owns Cedano Realty Advisors previously known as Melo Real Estate. Under his helm are 12 real estate agents. Apart great success and trajectory in multifamily with close to $100million in sales for 2016 he has recently created a retail team currently representing Canvas in A&E district, Juan Valdez Cafe, Filling Station lofts, Upper Buena Vista Village, and 125th St professional center among others. In the past Melo, has worked with Ferguson, CVS, Subway, Radio Shack, Deco House and private retail clients on the investment end..
